I have always been concerned with fitness - first, when I was playing sports; now, just as a way to maintain my health. I had been considering purchasing a Bosu for awhile - but the price had always outweighed the benefits in my mind (and wallet!) I finally decided to buy one, and I'm glad I did! Finding good "tools" for working on balance while developing functional strength is not always easy. The Bosu solves that problem. There are a LOT of exercises that you can do with it - both upper and lower body - and all are very important in terms of working on your balance (including the small, usually overlooked stabilizer muscles), while at the same time developing the functional strength that we ALL need in our daily lives.
If you can afford to buy one - I recommend it!

If you've considered buying one of these, do it now. This is the best price around. This will take your home workouts to the next level!

It has worked well for over a year now in home training sessions. It was easy to inflate and has maintained that pressure well with out constaint fill ups.

My husband underwent knee replacement surgery 2 years ago. He said the therapists in rehab used the BOSU in the therapy sessions. He has now had his 2nd knee replacement and we bought the BOSU for some "In-home" therapy. I have started to use the BOSU as well. It's hard to believe that this product can produce such great results!
