Product Description Bender Ball Mini Ab Ball
Amazon.com Product Description Get the sculpted abs you've always wanted and increase your overall fitness level with the Bender Ball Mini Ab Ball and The Bender Method of Core Training. The Bender Ball comes complete with a 6- to 9-inch Bender Mini Ab Ball, the Bender Method Manual, and the Bender Method of Core Training video. Developed by master trainer Leslee Bender, the Bender Method and Mini Ab Ball gives you a workout that's up to 408 percent more effective than ordinary crunches. In the Bender Method, the combination of each ab sculpting move with the method of Selective Stabilization cranks up the intensity and targets the muscles you want from all sides--including your upper abs, the sides, and hard-to-reach lower abs. The Bender Ball Workout allows you to work your core in ways you can't do with standard crunches or large exercise balls. With a regular crunch on the floor, your motion is limited to going forward, not back. With the Bender Ball, you are able to get extension back and flexion forward, which works your muscles more effectively for faster and better results. What's in the Box? Bender Ball Mini Ab Ball, Bender Method Manual, and Bender Method of Core Training video Manufacturer Warranty 30-day money-back guarantee

Meh June 14, 2010 *** (Texas) I've tried it twice now. Each dvd consists of three 6 minute workouts, or
you can select "Play All" to do them consecutively. Yesterday I tried Core
Training. I did the first 6 minutes and didn't break a sweat; second 6
minutes, still nothing; third 6 minutes, meh. Today I tried Selective Core
Training, with each 6 minutes focusing on a region of the abs (upper, lower,
obliques). After feeling nothing yesterday, I decided to just "Play All."
I'll be generous and say I felt like I got a moderate ab workout, but I
didn't feel the typical ab workout pain I get with Core Max by Cathe Frederich. I guess Bender
Ball will be my lazy day workouts, since it doesn't seem to take much
effort.
nothing special May 8, 2010 Kristy A. Paduch (Ohio) 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
Doing abs on a normal size stability ball seems more effective than the Bender Ball. Or just doing ab work on the floor. This was just a waste of money for me.
Great--but don't buy it from the Bender Ball website! April 15, 2010 D. M. Faletti (Oregon) I got the Bender Ball a few days ago and man!!! I am feeling it in muscles I never knew I had.
I am one of those people who is horrible at following instructional videos, but these are so easy to follow and show both the harder and easier variations at once. I especially like the product itself because due to arthritis in my back, conventional ab and back work is not the easiest or painless thing to do; the bender ball makes doing these exercises a reality for me.
I felt the results the first day! Love it! I have heard bad stories though about ordering it from the actual website, that they sign you up for DVD's every month with you knowing, buyer beware if you go that route!
Good product but beware of unethical sales tactics! April 6, 2010 Linda M. Boris 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
When I ordered the Bender Ball a month ago, the agent told me that I would be automatically enrolled in their "club" to receive items to try for 30 days and then return at no charge if I didn't want them. I had a lengthy back and forth discussion/argument with the agent saying that I DID NOT want to be enrolled in ANY other club or offer--I only wanted the ball. Finally the agent assured me I would not be enrolled. Well, today, I received 2 Bender Ball DVDs in the mail and found out my credit card had been charged $26.00 for these unsolicited DVDs. I called the company and the saleman tried to get me to accept them for half price and stay in the club. I finally got him to disenroll me but I still have to return the DVDs AT MY OWN EXPENSE! The ironic thing is, I actually was interested in purchasing more Bender Ball DVDs because I like the product, but now I will not do that since I think the company in unethical.
You can purchase the Bender Ball at Target. February 27, 2010 Edith Eacmen (Tacoma, WA) 1 out of 3 found this review helpful
I haven't tried this product yet. I'm about 8 1/2 months pregnant and I plan on using it when the baby arrives. So far, it's a great quality product. The ball seems really sturdy, and comes with 3 DVDs. If I were you, I would purchase this at Target. They sell it for $19.99. I'm sure that's the regular price. I have no idea why they are selling it on Amazon for almost $40. That's just a rip off!
